Exchange and Return Policy:

- You can exchange or return products within 7 days of delivery, within Saudi Arabia only, in line with the E-Commerce Law.

- Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original condition, unused, with the product tag and stickers attached, and in the original packaging.

Products are rejected in the following cases:

1- Odors on the product (perfume or body lotion)

2- Dirt or stains on the product

3- Damage to the product, including cuts to the product or its stickers

4- Missing hang tag or original packaging

- The customer does not pay shipping costs for an exchange or return in the following cases:

1- The customer received a different product from the one ordered.

2- The product was broken or damaged by the shipping company.

3- The product is defective for any other reason.

- The customer pays shipping costs for an exchange or return in the following cases:

1- The customer chose a product other than the one they wanted.

2- The product no longer suits them.

3- The customer no longer wants the product.

- Shipping cost paid by the customer in these cases:

1- Return: 24.

2- Exchange: 48 (SAR 24 per shipping waybill, both ways).

- To request an exchange or return: contact us on WhatsApp at 0559200501 with your order number and the reason, and pay the shipping cost.

- Exchanges: we send the new product after we receive the old one and confirm it is in good condition and free of defects.

- Returns: the refund is issued within 14 working days.
